下大雨了英语日记

今天，妈妈刚下班回到家，外面就下起了很大很大的雨。我对妈妈说：“妈妈，这场雨在等您回家呢！”妈妈笑了。突然，雨水从我家的门外流了进来，家里到处是水。雷声好大，闪电好亮，风也很猛。我好害怕。妈妈说：“马上会过的，不用怕。”过了好长时间，大雨才停了。

Today, as soon as my mother came home from work, it rained heavily outside. I said to my mother, "Mom, this rain is waiting for you to go home!" Mom smiled. All of a sudden, the rain came in from my door, and the house was full of water. The thunder is loud, the lightning is bright and the wind is strong. I'm scared. Mom said, "it will pass soon, don't be afraid." It took a long time for the rain to stop.
